PAYMENT TERMS:

  • To Pay Using a Major Credit Card - Select PayPal - You do not need to have PayPal account to use this option
  • PayPal - If you have a PayPal account, use this option.   
  • Send Check - Select this option if you wish to pay with a check or money order.  Our address will be included on the order acknowledgement that will be emailed to you.

SHIPPING METHODS:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on current USPS rates for your desired class of service.
  • We reserve the right to ship by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 
  • ALL PACKAGES WEIGHING 1 POUND OR LESS WILL BE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL unless you specifically request otherwise. 
  • SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO ARE MADE VIA PRIORITY MAIL ONLY
  • Please state any preferences as you complete the checkout process.

A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES:  From time to time we have inquires about why the actual shipping cost was less than what was charged. There are other costs involved in getting an order shipped and these costs are not included in the cost of the items on the order.  These order processing costs consist of:

  • Actual cost to ship your order
  • Any packing supplies needed
  • Paper used to process your order
  • Time to pack and label your order
  • Delivery surcharge fees for certain delivery areas

PAYMENT:

We accept payment by major credit cards, payments through PayPal, and personal or company check or money order for prepaid orders. 

For international orders, please do not order through this site.  Email us directly at mail@mapleshademercantile.com with your request.  We will reply via email with shipping costs and ordering instructions.

GUARANTEE:

If not satisfied with your order we offer a money-back guarantee.  The item(s) being returned must be in the same condition as shipped and in the original packaging.

RETURNS

In the event an item is damaged in shipment, please report the condition to us and we will refund the amount of your order and handle all aspects of a claim. 

If you would like to return an item please contact us for a "Return Authorization" number along with the reason for the return.  We will provide instructions for shipment and upon receipt will issue a refund in the same form as your original payment - less shipping charges unless the item(s) are defective.
